1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Codeyen ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website and services. By accessing or using Codeyen, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

Codeyen provides a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform designed for social media package sales. Our services include, but are not limited to, website hosting, domain management, payment processing, and various tools to help you sell social media services online.

3. Account Registration and Security

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

We reserve the right to disable any user account at any time in our sole discretion for any or no reason, including if we believe that you have violated any provision of these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

At the end of each period, your subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your subscription either through your online account management or by contacting our customer support team.

We use third-party payment processors to bill you through a payment account linked to your account. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the payment processors in addition to these Terms.

5. Free Trial

We may, at our sole discretion, offer a subscription with a free trial for a limited period. If we offer you a free trial, the terms of the free trial will be specified at the time of your sign-up.

At any time and without notice, we reserve the right to (i) modify the terms and conditions of the free trial offer, or (ii) cancel such free trial offer.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Codeyen and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Codeyen.

7. User Content

You retain all your rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media.

You represent and warrant that: (i) the content is yours or you have the right to use it and grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms, and (ii) the posting of your content on or through the Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact our support team to request account deletion.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Codeyen, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

11. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
